Red Shoes & Brews
The Red Shoe Society's inaugural fundraising event, Red Shoes & Brews, was a tremendous success! Guests tasted a selection of San Diego's local brews then enjoyed dinner with brewery representatives who shared their beer and expertise. Dinner was catered by Slaters 50/50 and dessert was provided by Cupcakes Squared.
The first annual Red Shoes & Brews raised over $13,000! All proceeds benefited Ronald McDonald House Charities of San Diego to help provide lodging and care for families in medical crisis.
Volunteer Opportunities
The Red Shoe Society's main focus is service to the families here at San Diego's Ronald McDonald House. This past year, Society members have served meals at the House and helped spruce up the planter beds in our Serenity Garden courtyard.
Member Mixers
The Red Shoe Society has hosted member mixers and happy hours at breweries and wine bars for evenings of socializing and fundraising. Great drinks and good times are sure to ensue when our members get together!
